Testimonial: "I believe it is evident that regulations will be created that will mandate feed companies to use structured feed safety plans. This regulatory mandate will require a verification process. To verify that companies follow the regulatory guidelines, inspections of feed facilities will be necessary. If the inspection options come down to self-inspection versus inspections by regulatory agencies versus third party inspections, then I believe third-party inspections give all those involved the greatest level of confidence in the most efficient package. A certified third-party inspection by an organization such as the Facility Certification Institute is viable and effective."
